Phase I Construction Project has begun at the Carrabelle Beach (the west side of the resort). Heavy earth moving equipment moved in last week and now the earth looks like a go-cart track!!! Today I see that new sewer pipes are being installed. We’re excited that it has begun and can’t wait until all is finished.
